The room is built around its sightlines, with sweeping views over Central Park and the surrounding skyline, and it operates year-round because the space is fully enclosed during the colder months while keeping those views intact.

The style is French-leaning and hotel-polished rather than nightclub: signature cocktails, a curated wine list and light bites, in a setting that reads more lounge than dance floor on a normal night. It is one of two dining rooms at the hotel, alongside Paris Bar, the French brasserie at street level.
