The Venue

The Liberty Belle is a classic three-deck paddlewheel riverboat, all white railings and red-and-white smokestacks, sailing from Pier 36 near the South Street Seaport. Inside, the heated decks are lined with arched windows and washed in blue and teal light, with moving party lights overhead, a bar on board and a raised stage at the end of the main room. Lounge seating runs along the windows, and wraparound outdoor decks open the boat up to the harbor air and the Lower Manhattan skyline. On Halloween, all three levels become part of the party.
