Halloween Night at Aquarelle (18+) NYC

Aquarelle is an LES venue that feels like a voyage under the sea. A sea-blue grotto curves overhead like the inside of a cave, painted with a swirling sea-creature mural and strung with glowing glass-float lanterns and cut-out fish. At the bar, a riveted steel back bar dotted with portholes and bulb lights recalls a ship's hull, while painted ceramic globe lanterns hang from rope-wrapped iron arches beneath a gold mesh ceiling. Elsewhere, mustard rolled-leather booths sit under porthole mirrors, teal velvet chairs gather beneath a glass-fronted mezzanine and green velvet banquettes line a whitewashed brick wall. On Halloween, every one of those rooms is part of the party.
