The Venue

PHD Rooftop Lounge occupies the 12th floor of Dream Downtown overlooking the Hudson River and Empire State Building. Above the Meatpacking District, the rooftop pairs a sweeping Manhattan backdrop with interiors that give you plenty of reasons to put your phone’s camera to work.

Italian marble, amber glass chandeliers and leather banquettes set the scene inside, while an outdoor terrace adds another perspective on the skyline. Two full-service bars, a dedicated DJ booth and nightclub sound and lighting make PHD a setting built for a night of dancing. For Halloween, it’s an address worth dressing up for—from the first group photo to the last song.
