This is a small, intimate, upscale, selective venue. With different music playing across its two floors the upstairs and downstairs from which it gets its name from. If that’s not enough there are 2 secret rooms located downstairs (1 is behind a bookcase with an access code to get in and the other is located down a long hallway.)
