Boarding: 6:00PM

Departing: 6:30PM

The Fine Print

  • Costumes are not mandatory but are certainly recommended.
  • Cash bar event. Liquor will be sold on board.
  • Purchasing just 1 (one) Bottle from the Bottle Service Menu will guarantee VIP Booth seating for the entire event.
  • No guaranteed seating. Seats are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Allow ample time to arrive at Skyport Marina and locate the Cabana Yacht.
  • All guests MUST be age 21 and up and present a valid form of government-issued photo ID in order to attend and consume alcohol at this event.
  • No outside food or beverages are allowed on board.
  • Food Menu (a la carte) is subject to change at the discretion of the vessel/event staff.
  • As conditions change on the night of the event, the vessel/event staff reserves the right to make any necessary changes.
  • Food is not unlimited servings.
  • All cruise sights, destinations, and itineraries are subject to change without notice as determined by US Coast Guard, NYPD, or event staff (Unforeseen restrictions may be enforced the night of the event)
  • This event will take place regardless of weather conditions.
  • Event producer is not liable, nor is refund or credit warranted, for claims due to changes in cruise itinerary, changes in food menu, and/or lack of seating.
  • No refunds. All sales are final. All tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Price increase warning: New Year's Eve ticket prices often go up significantly (100% +) the closer you get to New Years Eve. Also note that many NYE Events will sell out well in advance of New Years Eve. About your Tickets:  (1) Show up early and help reduce the wait time, (2) Make sure to have your physical ticket on hand because you will need to show it to NYPD and security upon request, (3) You accept the risks and agree to adhere to the NYPD rules and regulations for the evening, (4) If you select shipping as your delivery method, tickets will not be sent out until December, (5) A LIVE VIEW of The Ball Drop is not guaranteed.
